Georgia Patricio is a daughter of Lucy Juanico and a granddaughter of Joselita Ray and learned to make pottery from her mother.  Each piece is coil built and patined with wild spinach (black).  This seedpot has a feather design on the top. The sides are a series of interlocking bird wings extending from the rim to near the base.  They seem to spiral and overlap, like feathers!  It is signed on the bottom, “G. Patricio”.
