Marilyn Henderson Ray is known for her intricate storytellers and figurative scenes. This small jar has lizard in relief on one side. The back of the lizard is painted with bee-weed to create the rain designs. The neck of the jar has rain, lightning, and flower patterns. The piece is signed on the bottom, “M. Henderson”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
