This is a creative storyteller by Marilyn Henderson Ray.  She is known for her intricate storytellers and figurative scenes. This storyteller is from the 1990s.  It has a female storyteller with eight kids. She is holding a seedpot. Each of the kids is in action, and each is painted differently.  It is painted with bee-weed and clay slips.  Note the little duck, dog, and bird the children are holding!  Charming!  The storyteller is signed on the bottom, “M. Henderson”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
