Brandon Roller is a son of noted potter Toni Roller, and a grandson of Margaret Tafoya. He learned to make pottery from his mother.  This bowl is coil-built, carved, stone-polished and traditionally fired. The bowl has six carved bear paws carved into the clay, encircling the bowl.  It was fired a glassy black coloration. The bowl is signed, “Brandon Roller”.   It was made in 1997.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
