This is a large jar by Elsie Routzen. The jar is coil-built and made from native clay. It has interlocking butterflies around the neck and base. The center of the jar has ithree rows of interlocking stars. It is a complex and creative design. It is signed, “EP Routzen”. The jar is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
