Santa Clara potter Frances Salazar was known for her highly polished traditional pottery.  This bowl is from the 1970s.  It is a classic bowl with a triangle opening.  There are carved clouds, lightning, and rain patterns on the sides.  The bottom is fully polished.  The bowl is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  It is signed on the bottom, “Frances Salazar”.
