Anita Suazo is a daughter of noted potter Belen Tapia. This jar is coil-built, carved, and stone polished. The jar has a deeply carved rain and lightning pattern. It was fired a glassy black. It is in very good condition and signed on the bottom in the clay, “Anita Suazo”.
