Suazo, Jason “White Eagle” – Black-and-Sienna Jar with Bear and Bear Paw

Jason “White Eagle Suazo is a son of Anita Suazo and a grandson of Belen Tapia.  Jason works with his wife, Lahoma Suazo (b. 1971), on their pottery.  This bowl is coil-built, carved, stone polished and traditionally fired. The jar has a deeply carved bear paw and bear on each side. The design is highlighted black-and-sienna in coloration.  It is signed, “White Eagle and Lahoma Suazo”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
