The seedpot by Geri Naranjo has a feather pattern painted on the top. It is signed, “Geri Naranjo” on the bottom. Both are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.

Geri Naranjo is a sister of Dolores Curran. She has won numerous awards for her work and has influenced the pottery of her children, Kevin Naranjo, and Monica Romero. She is best known for her miniature pottery, which is fully polished and etched with intricate designs. Harriet Tafoya is a daughter of noted potter Cresencia Tafoya (1918-99) and a sister of Annie Baca, Pauline Martinez and Mark Tafoya. Harriet was married to Red Starr. She is known for her miniature pottery with highly polished surfaces and tightly painted designs.
