This is a classic jar by Linda Tafoya-Sanchez is stunning in design and polish.  The jar is carved with 28 feathers around the shoulder of the piece.  The neck has a carved cloud design.  The bottom of the jar is fully polished. The jar is stone polished and fired a glassy black coloration.  The style of the jar has a very modernist appearance and yet is classic in traditional design elements.  It is signed on the bottom, “Linda Tafoya-Sanchez”.
