Stella Teller (b. 1929) is one of the great names in contemporary Isleta Pueblo pottery. This is one of her classic vessels from 1977.  The piece is coil-built and then fully polished white.  The jar has wind, rain, and cloud designs painted black with red clay highlights.  The jar is signed on the bottom, “Stella Teller”.  It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
