Verda Toledo (b. 1941) is Dine and married into Jemez Pueblo.  She began making pottery in the early 1990s.  She learned to make pottery from Thomas Tenorio. This open bowl has a rain and cloud design on the outside. The inside has a corn plant along with a Mimbres bee, rabbit, butterfly, and quail.  It is charming in its design and style.  The bowl is signed, “V.J.T”   It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repairs.
