Charlene Youvella (b. 1969) is a daughter of Iris Nampeyo and Wallace Youvella. She is a granddaughter of Fannie Nampeyo.  This mini jar is in the style of her mother, Iris.  It has an asymmetric rim and has an ear of corn in relief on one side.  The corn is textured and the husk is matte.  The remainder is fully polished.  The jar was traditionally fired.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Charlene Nampeyo”.  It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.
