Charmae Natseway is known for her exceptional painted pottery and use of distinctive forms. This seedpot is thin-walled and painted with two interlocking birds. Each bird is tightly painted and they are accented with 5 different colors of clay slips in addition to the white and black. The hole for the seedpot is the eye of one of the birds! The piece is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. Charmae has long been exceptional in her painting and pottery forms.

Charmae Natseway is known for her exceptional painted pottery and use of distinctive forms. This seedpot is thin-walled and painted with a very fine-line hummingbird in the center. There are geometric designs surrounding the hummingbird. It is a complex and detailed design painted with bee-weed and just a small area of red clay slip. The piece is signed on the bottom, “Charmae Natseway”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair. Charmae has long been exceptional in her painting and pottery forms.
