Tse-Pe Gonzales was a son of noted potter Rose Gonzales.  This jar is coil-built and stone polished.  The body of the jar is polished red. The neck and down the shoulder is matte black. The jar was traditionally fired.  The piece is signed, with Tse-Pe’s hallmark “TP”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
