This is a small polychrome bowl by Margaret Gutierrez. Margaret would make the pottery and paint her later pottery.  The bowl has a water serpent (avanyu) encircling the piece.  As it is turned there are cloud and rain designs.  All of the colors are from natural clay slips.   It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.  It is signed on the bottom, “Margaret”.
