This small jar by Jody Naranjo is from the late 1990s.  It is polished to the shoulder and etched with eight flute players.  Note the background area surrounding the flute players and the use of the small lines to create an additional design. The area below the shoulder is matte.  The jar is fired brown in coloration.  It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Jody”. It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or repair.  Jody said of her designing:
