This is a figurative jar by Anderson Peynetsa.  The jar has a four lizards in relief. Their heads are raised above the neck of the jar, looking downward.  The tail swirls around the piece and the white dots on the back are white clay and are raised.  The body of the jar is a deep orange-red-colored clay, while the eyes are slipped red.  The jar is classic in both shape and design.  It is signed on the bottom, “A. Peynetsa”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
