Myra Little Snow Tafoya was known for her creative deep-carved pottery.  Each piece is coil-built, carved, and stone-polished.  This mini seed bowl is carved on the top with an avanyu (water serpent).   The bottom is fully polished and it is fired a glassy black.  It is signed on the bottom, “Myra Little Snow”.  It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
