This is a creative long neck jar by Linda Cain.  Linda is a daughter of Mary Cain and the mother of Tammy Garcia and Autumn Borts.  This piece is coil-built, carved and polished.  The body of the jar has a carved avanyu encircling the piece.  The long neck becomes a flower on top. The top of the flower is fully polished while the neck is matte. Everything about this piece is creative, from the shape to the surface that has a silky smooth feel from the polishing.  A fascinating piece! It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Linda Cain”.

This is a creative wedding vase by Linda Cain.  Linda is a daughter of Mary Cain and the mother of Tammy Garcia and Autumn Borts.  This piece is coil-built, carved and fully polished.  The wedding vase has a wide body and TINY handles and spouts. The body of the piece has two spirling clouds that extend out from the spout of the vase.  The entire piece was then fully polished.  The spirals have the appearance of being in raised relief with the highly polished surface.  Everything about this piece is creative, from the shape to the surface that has a silky smooth feel from the polishing.  A fascinating piece! It is signed on the bottom in the clay, “Linda Cain”.  It is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, restoration, or repair.
