Alicia Kelsey Chino (b. 1979) is a daughter of noted potter Darla Davis and a granddaughter of Rachel JWhite.  She learned to make pottery from her mother.  She is known for her traditional style designs.  This seedpot is coi- built. The piece has a complex fine-line design in the center on the top, representing a flower.  It is surrounded by interlocking butterflies across the surface and bottom of the piece.  It is signed on the bottom, “A. Chino”.
